Answered the phone quickly. I was going on a road trip and my subaru started making a trilling sound. Dillon was able to get me in to take a look at it even though he was already working on 2 other cars. Was very grateful because no one else could get me in even the diagnostics for a week! Ran diagnostics and visually inspected the car. Found a part that had a stripped bolt with a loose piece vibrating- a $20 fix! He quoted us for some repairs we had already been informed needed to be completed when I had my oil change. He quoted us about the same price, but was able to have it done that afternoon. Will be recommending for any future car repairs!

Excellent communication, timely service, and most of all integrity. The mechanic at Papa-Do was insightful about *why* he suggested each of the services my vehicle would need, so I never felt forced to accept nonsense charges like some other shops would try. Just good work, done right.

My man dillion is awesome and knowledgeable of many models and makes but BMW boy does that man know whats he’s talking about and living in ohio from NYC Bmw tech’s like dillion are hard to find. Pricing on point, no rip offs. They actually wanna help you get back on the road for whatever reason you had to come to the shop and there not selling you on parts you don't need, love that. cool shop vibes too modern new school style and you feel welcome when you come in. Dillion got my axle in when i could do it and had me back home with my car in 3 hours. If you need a review to tell you if you should go to the this shop or not, well its super approved never seen a shop with 5 stars before until now and i see why.

Quick, affordable, professional and friendly. 10/10 great experience no complaints. I got my brakes replaced and they sent pictures of all the steps they checked on the diagnostic and had everything quoted on a website link that they recommend and what’s needed. Very transparent.

Dillon did an excellent job replacing my upper oil pan. It’s a very long and hard job to do and he knocked it out of the park. Professional, cleaned up, and on time. Definitely recommend for any of your car repair needs.

I really appreciate that fact that he explained what’s going on with my car and what work has been done. Also, a lot of places are extremely costly and try to pressure you to buy things that you don’t even need and he doesn’t do that. Honest, affordable, works quickly but still makes sure it’s quality work! Definitely recommend!
